Friday 22nd December – Training as normal – Last squad sessions of the year! 

Monday 25th December – No squad training

Tuesday 26th December – No squad training

Wednesday 27th December – No squad training

Thursday 28th December – No squad training

Friday 29th December – No squad training

Monday 1st January – No squad training

Tuesday 2nd January – No squad training

Wednesday 3rd January – Training as normal – ALL SQUAD SESSIONS ARE BACK!
